Are your stickers waterproof?
Yes! Stickers are weather and waterproof. They are also dishwasher safe with the exception of the sensory stickers. Sensory stickers have a textured material that may melt in the dishwasher so these can be handwashed instead.
When do items come back in stock if they are sold out?
I try my best to hold sales at least once or twice a month. I work out of my home so I try not to overstock items as there isn't much more space for me to store products. You can always send me messages on IG to make requests for items you're hoping to see come back into stock and make sure to stay updated by following IG stories and posts!
**Items are not guaranteed to return so I always encourage people to buy something if they like it. Sticker designs rotate a lot as there are so many.
Do you ship internationally?
This will vary from sale to sale. International shipping is incredibly costly, time consuming, and can be risky with packages taking a long time to arrive or getting lost. International shoppers will need to cover their shipping cost and depending on my ability to fulfill orders in a timely manner I will sometimes only open sales to the US.
Shipping Questions
I ordered stickers. How do I track my order?
Under this new platform, stickers will no longer have a tracking option. Packages over $80 will have tracking because they will be shipped as packages for US orders. Smaller orders will be sent as normal "snail mail" to keep shipping costs low. These orders can take 5-7 business days to arrive, with some taking up to 10-14. Rest assured I have had very few orders go absolutely missing but they can sometimes take time to get to their destination.
Product besides stickers will have tracking and you should receive your tracking number once your item is shipped.
My package is missing. What do I do?
Please make sure to check in with your local post office and with any neighbors if your package is missing.
If the above options do not offer any resolution, I will often offer a credit for a future sale. Sadly, missing packages are out of my hands and not something I can control. To protect myself as a small business owner, I no longer offer full money refunds on orders.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Please message me if an order is damaged. I will do my best to offer a replacement or credit depending on availability.
General questions
When will ____ come back in stock?
Items rotate a lot as I work from my home and can't house all of my designs at once. You can send me an IG message with your requests. I may not respond back but will mentally note items or designs that pop up frequently.
Do you offer customization?
No, I no longer offer customization as it's very time consuming and I don't currently have the bandwidth for it. Sorry!
Can I hire you for a separate project?

I am not offering illustration services for books but may be able to offer small project illustrations depending on availability.
Do you offer bulk ordering?
This is on a case by case basis. Quantity and timeline is important so please send your inquiry as early as you can than when you need the items.
